Harry Manning Associates was founded by the husband and wife team of Harry and Natalie Manning in January 1995, to represent the dynamic Barbados villas market to investors and holiday-makers from Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada.
In addition to Land Surveying, Harry Manning Associates offers Interior Design services, the first job being renting out Port St Charles Barbados villas soon after being purchased.
In the past we have worked with foreign buyers in finding Barbados real estate lots on which they can build their dream Barbados villas. Our Land Surveying services can produce Topographical Surveys to assist Architects in designing dream Barbados villas for our clients. We also then assist with submitting Town Planning Applications and getting the subsequent permissions as well.
We help the homeowner to find building, swimming pool and landscaping contractors, among others, to ensure the uniqueness and comfort of dream Barbados villas for our clients. A spectacular example of this is Sugarland in Sandy Lane, the location of many of the most exclusive Barbados villas. Sugarland comprises a 4 Bedroom House and 2 Bedroom Cottage, built on a 1 acre lot that looks overlooking the 5th Tee of the "Old Nine" Sandy Lane Golf Course.
